Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. At times delays might be experienced due to factors outside of our control such as supply chain issues or postal service problems.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
For bespoke orders, shipping will be calculated per order and quoted.
Extra charges apply for installation.

Local delivery

We do not offer pickup from our workshop.
Free local delivery is available for orders over £100 within 10 miles radius of our workshop address; MK19 6BD.
For orders under £100, we charge £10 for local delivery. Further charges for installation apply. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If your product or bespoke order has a longer lead time and is made to order, upon processing your order we will provide an estimated lead time for delivery.
Small items are sent via Royal Mail. Larger furniture items are delivered by either ourselves or a courier. We will contact you to provide a time and date for delivery.
If you haven’t received your order beyond 3 days or the estimated delivery date please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds & returns

Non Bespoke Items
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, for non bespoke items if the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage. The customer will be refunded the full order amount minus the shipping costs within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. 

Bespoke Items
We cannot accept returns for bespoke items unless they are broken or damaged in transit or are not as described at checkout. We will always endeavour to rectify any issues with the item first, where possible. However where this is not achievable we will offer a full or part refund. 

For any issues, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the items condition.
